Team Leader for a delivery company

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of couriers to achieve delivery targets and service standards.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily delivery schedules and routes.
• Ensure all parcels are handled, scanned, and delivered accurately and on time.
• Monitor courier performance, including productivity, punctuality, and customer service.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to couriers to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Handle escalations, delivery issues, and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain delivery reports, track KPIs, and provide feedback to management.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Promote a positive and disciplined team culture.

Requirements:

1. Must have experience as a team leader in warehouse operations

2. Excellent communication skill in English, Hindi and Arabic

3. Immediate joiners required

4. Candidate should be inside Kuwait

5. Only Male candidates
