Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader to oversee operations during the UK shift. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven leadership experience in the solar energy domain or in investment. You’ll be responsible for leading a team, ensuring KPIs are met, maintaining service quality, and coordinating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of solar/investment associates during UK shift hours.
• Monitor and ensure the completion of daily operational tasks related to solar project support or inventory processing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and client/stakeholder communication during the shift.
• Conduct daily team huddles and performance check-ins.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of shift activities.
• Assist in training and upskilling team members.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and quality standards as per company protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in solar operations or investment management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Comfortable working in a UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and relevant solar/investment management tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to international clients (especially UK-based).
