About the Role

The Team Leader, Front Office reports to the Assistant Managers and helps maintain and action day-to-day lobby activities, coordinating with Housekeeping and the Call Center to ensure seamless guest service.

About You

If you have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management and have worked in a luxury hotel or resort in a similar position, with a minimum of 2 years' experience, and the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy, we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity. An additional language such as Chinese, Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian is advantageous.
