Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Team Leader – Healthcare Sales with strong experience in healthcare product sales and logistics. The ideal candidate will have proven team-handling capabilities, strong analytical skills using advanced MS Excel, and excellent communication skills to drive sales performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
  • Drive healthcare product sales and ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Oversee healthcare logistics coordination to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Track daily sales performance, conversion ratios, and productivity metrics
  • Conduct team meetings, training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
  • Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, forecasts, and analysis using advanced Excel
  • Collaborate with management to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Build a positive, energetic, and performance-oriented team culture

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience as a Team Leader / Sales Manager in the healthcare domain.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare logistics and product sales.
  • Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (MIS, reports, dashboards, data analysis)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
  • B2B healthcare experience will be an added advantage.

Work Details

  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Work Mode: In-person
  • Benefits: Provident Fund
