Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, direct, and assist room attendants in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet resort standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of all housekeeping tasks and manage work schedules efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering teams to address maintenance or guest-related concerns.
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent quality and adherence to health and safety procedures.
  • Monitor the use and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and resort cleanliness at all times.
  • Assist in managing lost and found procedures, guest requests, and housekeeping reports.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service delivery.
