Team Leader Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.

Allocate work assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to maintain cleanliness standards.

Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping attendants and cleaners.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.

Maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages.

Address customer complaints and service requests promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Prepare attendance records, duty rosters, and performance reports.

Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for housekeeping staff.

Assist the supervisor in achieving operational and quality objectives.
