
- Maintain full understanding across all AXA products and services, market trends, opportunities and competitive activity
- Ensure agents adherence to these KPIs and targets
- Guarantee that each agent pursues all their assigned leads and referrals through efficient time management

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experiences required.
- One-year in sales management is a plus
