Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader Merchandiser to support FMCG brands in Qatar. This role is focused on market checking, product display auditing, and expiry checking in outlets. The position does not involve managing merchandisers or sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned markets and outlets regularly
- Check product display, visibility, and shelf placement
- Monitor expiry dates, product condition, and availability
- Follow a checklist for store audits and market checks
- Take photos and submit basic reports
- Identify display or expiry issues and report to the office
- Ensure products meet company standards in the market
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG merchandising, store checking, or auditing
- Knowledge of market audits and expiry checking
- Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
- Own car (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Basic reporting and communication skills
Preferred
- FMCG background
- Familiar with Qatar markets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
