QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA IN GENERAL NURSING & MIDWIFERY / B.SC. NURSING
EXPERIENCE : 7 YEARS AND MORE
DRESS CODE : SPECIFIED DRESS CODE WITH I.D. CARD
DUTY HOURS : AS PER SCHEDULED REQUIREMENTS

Job Description
Key areas of responsibility:
- Making Duty Roaster of concerned floor & assigning duty/responsibilities as per staff capabilities.
- To help quality team in preparing training calendar and coordinate for daily training programme
- To maintain departmental and Infection Control KPIs
- To take self rounds in each patient’s room find any complaints/feedback and rectify them.
- To maintain and ensure Crash Cart Trolley is adequately equipped and inventoried with essential drugs and equipments
- To check the patient physically, update the file such as investigation/ reports required before surgery.
- To check monthly stock of medicines such as physical stock, expiry dates, of concerned floor.
- To implement departmental policies & infection control practices.
- To monitor and give on job training to nursing staffs and HK Staffs
- To be involved in quality Assurance / Quality control activities.
- To perform all the jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.
- Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement.
