Team Leader / Off plan

We are looking for a high-performing Team Leader – Off-Plan to drive sales excellence, lead a dynamic team of property consultants, and build strong relationships with top developers in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with deep off-plan market knowledge and proven team management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Off-Plan Property Consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for off-plan projects across Dubai
• Maintain strong relationships with major developers and ensure priority access to new launches
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, pipelines, and closing ratios
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring to maximize team productivity
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Support the team in negotiations, deal structuring, and closing high-value transactions
• Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
• Coordinate closely with marketing and management to align sales campaigns and project launches

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai Off-Plan Real Estate
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Property Consultant
• Strong network with developers and deep knowledge of Dubai off-plan projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with a strong track record of sales performance
• Ability to train, inspire, and retain high-performing sales talent
• RERA certification is mandatory
• Fluent in Arabic English & French will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
