Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Team Leader to manage, motivate, and guide our team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, and performance management. This role is responsible for driving sales targets, recruiting and developing agents, and ensuring excellent client service across the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Provide training, support, and guidance on sales techniques, property listings, and market trends
  • Set performance targets and regularly monitor KPIs, ensuring high productivity and accountability
  • Assist team members with complex transactions, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the team's market presence and lead generation
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and administrative departments to streamline operations
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and local market conditions
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new agents to grow the team
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior real estate agent, sales manager, or team leader
  • Valid real estate license (depending on regional/state requirements)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
  • Results driven with a strategic mindset
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and property listing platforms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience leading a team within a real estate brokerage
  • Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing tools and digital lead generation
  • Strong local market knowledge
Working Conditions
  • Full time position
  • May require evening and weekend availability based on client and team needs
  • Office based with travel for property viewings, meetings, and events
