Privately owned since Oct. 2010, Communication Solutions is an offshore outsourcing company that offers solutions related to back-office research, development, analysis, and consultancy for top US brands across retail, hospitality, F&B, and real estate sectors.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Operations to join our growing team for a full-time, night-shift-only position at our Dehradun (Uttarakhand) office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management:

Lead and mentor a team of operations executives to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of back-office services for US clients in retail, hospitality, F&B, and real estate sectors.

• Workflow Oversight:

Monitor daily operations, assign tasks effectively, and ensure team performance aligns with defined operational targets.

• Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

Track key metrics such as accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time; implement corrective actions and drive continuous performance improvement.

• Process Optimization & Coordination:

Identify process gaps and collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges.

• Reporting, Compliance & Innovation:

Maintain accurate reports and dashboards, ensure adherence to company/client standards, and introduce operational best practices and tools to boost efficiency.

Education & Other Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations, back-office support, or process management, with at least 1–2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and dashboard creation) is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage cross-functional coordination effectively.
• Willingness to work night shifts only from our Dehradun (Uttarakhand) office.
