Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Schedule: 1st & 2nd Saturday – Half Day | Sunday Off
Transport: Pick-up & Drop facility from Thane Station
CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader with strong experience in the healthcare industry, team management, and operational coordination, along with exposure to logistics, product sales support, and advanced Excel reporting. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure service excellence, and drive productivity while supporting healthcare engagement and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10+ healthcare professionals to meet operational and performance targets
• Handle day-to-day operations, logistics coordination, workforce allocation, and scheduling
• Monitor team KPIs, productivity, quality scores, and SLA adherence
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
• Manage escalations related to healthcare services, client expectations, and operational challenges
• Support product sales initiatives, client onboarding, and engagement programs
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports using Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards)
• Ensure compliance with company protocols, healthcare standards, and data confidentiality
• Train new joiners and ensure smooth integration into ongoing projects
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, tech, and management)
• Foster a positive work culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5–6 years total experience with 2–3 years as Team Leader
• Experience in healthcare / wellness / health-tech industry
• Strong logistics & operations handling skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge (reports, dashboards)
• Good communication & people management skills
