Your Mission

As the Team Leader, you’ll be the CEO of growth within the Market Center — driving recruiting, retention, productivity, and profit. You’ll inspire through vision, coach through accountability, and lead through culture.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, coach, and retain top real estate professionals who align with KW’s culture and values
• Coach agents to achieve personal, professional, and financial growth through proven models and systems
• Lead with strategy: Monitor performance metrics, track growth goals, and ensure profitability
• Communicate with clarity: Deliver engaging presentations, team meetings, and coaching sessions
• Shape culture: Build a collaborative, caring environment rooted in KW’s family-first values
• Partner with leadership: Work closely with the Operating Principal and ALC to drive vision and execution

Qualifications

• 3+ years in real estate, sales, leadership, or coaching roles
• Proven experience in recruiting, team-building, or business development
• Business-minded with strong organizational and operational skills
• Active New York Real Estate License required
