Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1 to 2 years (Preferred in Recruitment / HR Consultancy)

Key Skills:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of Indeed and other job portals

Ability to handle a team and meet hiring targets

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Job Responsibilities:

Managing a team of recruiters and guiding them in sourcing candidates

Handling client requirements and ensuring timely closures

Posting jobs, screening resumes, and conducting telephonic interviews

Coordinating with clients and candidates for smooth recruitment operations
