Team Leader – Overseas Recruitment

Job Summary:
The Team Leader – Overseas Recruitment is responsible for managing and supervising the end-to-end international hiring process. The role ensures that recruitment operations run smoothly, targets are achieved, and clients receive high-quality manpower solutions within committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the overseas recruitment team to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and final selections.
  • Maintain strong communication with overseas clients, understanding their manpower needs, job specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with agencies, partners, and local sourcing teams to ensure smooth candidate mobilization.
  • Review candidate profiles, evaluate qualifications, and verify documents before submission.
  • Monitor recruitment pipelines and allocate tasks to team members effectively.
  • Resolve escalations, manage workflow, and ensure adherence to compliance, client standards, and government regulations.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and forecasts for management.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation, visa processing, offer letters, and onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain strong candidate databases for various categories — skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled.
  • Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in overseas recruitment or international manpower consultancy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of GCC recruitment procedures, visa processing, and compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, CRM, HR software).
