Salary Range: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹6.0 LPA

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular training sessions.
  • Manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and conversions.
  • Drive incentive programs to keep the team motivated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team-leading role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
