Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Sales with prior experience as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be smart, highly enthusiastic, and an excellent communicator who can lead by example, motivate teams, and consistently drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor daily sales activities, performance metrics, and conversion ratios
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with management to align sales goals with business objectives
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to senior management
- Foster a positive, high-energy, and performance-oriented team culture
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring abilities
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to work
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in B2B will be an added advantage
Work location - Thane
Work timing - Mon - Sat 9.30am to 6.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
