Job Description:

As a Team Leader for Sales and Lead Generation, you will supervise a team responsible for outbound lead generation and sales conversion. You will guide the team, review performance, identify gaps, and ensure targets are met with accuracy and consistency. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical judgment, and the ability to simplify complex topics for your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales and lead generation associates.
• Monitor daily performance, productivity, and target achievement.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide actionable feedback.
• Review reports, analyze performance trends, and implement improvement plans.
• Support the team with objection handling, product understanding, and communication refinement.
• Drive sales discipline, adherence to process, and consistent follow-through.
• Maintain documentation, reporting accuracy, and daily operational hygiene.
• Ensure professional, consistent, and high-quality customer interactions across the team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader (mandatory).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in team management and performance coaching.
• Ability to articulate complex topics with clarity and confidence.
• Strong analytical mindset with basic RCA (Root Cause Analysis) capability.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Graduation required.
• Work-from-office: Gurugram.
