We are looking for a Team Leader – Tele calling Sales to lead, inspire, and guide our tele caller team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele callers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring consistent productivity and achievement of goals.
• Train and mentor team members to improve communication skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Drive sales initiatives and develop effective strategies to enhance customer conversion rates.
• Review call quality, provide feedback, and ensure a professional approach in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with management to identify new sales opportunities and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of team performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of total experience in sales, with at least 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and tele calling systems.
• Candidates from the financial services, investment, insurance, or similar domains are highly preferred.

Preferred Background
