Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share.
• Monitor daily sales activities and performance, providing regular feedback and guidance.
• Conduct team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key clients.
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience and sales processes.
• Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales with at least 2–5 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
