Team Leader/Supervisor

Overall, A Store Manager is responsible for maximizing sales and profits in stores through successful day-to-day operations, supporting the management of the team, and ensuring that we continually improve sales and exceed customers’ expectations. Blundstone is dedicated to offering the best shopping experience possible.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing & motivating a team of retail sales associates to increase sales and improve efficiency
• Managing stock levels and inventory on the sales floor
• Being a leader in Product knowledge and ensuring that your team is extremely knowledgeable of the products and on the sales floor.
• Having excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills with a proactive approach
• Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly shopping environment and responding to customers with exceptional customer service skills
• Creating pleasant, creative, and attractive window displays for your store.
• Being able to push boundaries and be excited by new challenges
• Being professional and ensuring that the whole team meets our expectations (including dress code, appearance, and friendly behaviors)

Managing the following areas:

• Time management and Staffing
• Driving Sales goals and KPIs
• Shrinkage and Loss Prevention
• Daily operations and Cash controls
• Setting daily Store goals and employee sales goals
• Issue management and report writing (such as disciplinary action forms)
• Providing a safe and healthy working environment

Requirements include:

• 1-2 years of Assistant Store Management experience.
• Ability to build a team environment for success
• Leadership skills to proactively manage situations
• Hardworking while being attentive to details
• Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to teach them to others
• Maintain an unbreakable positive attitude

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
