Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead/Manager Sales BPO (Outbound) located in Lahore. The primary responsibility is to manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, developing strategies to improve performance, conducting regular performance evaluations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role also requires maintaining accurate records of sales and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in sales data analysis, strategy formulation, and implementation in B2C campaigns.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading a sales team in a BPO setting
  • Marketing and sales expertise.
  • Must have experience in managing outbound telemarketing teams, working on North American campaigns.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in outbound sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
  • Customer service and relationship management experience
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore
  • Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
