We Are Hiring – Team Manager (Jubilee Life, Islamabad)

Jubilee Life Insurance, backed by the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED), is seeking ambitious and motivated individuals for the position of Team Manager in Islamabad. • Starting salary up to 50,000 PKR (with override and commission)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of at least 6 members
• Ensure business production from a minimum of 3 team members
• Drive sales, achieve business targets, and motivate the team
• Work effectively under pressure with strong leadership skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred)
• Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and team management qualities
• Target-oriented with problem-solving ability
• Sales/Marketing experience will be an advantage
