About the Role

SPARC Digital Solution Agency is looking for a confident and professional Female Team Manager to join our growing team in Bahria Town Phase 6, Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience managing CRM systems and team operations.

This role is ideal for someone who can effectively manage daily workflow, divide tasks among team members, monitor performance, and maintain smooth communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily team operations

Assign and divide tasks efficiently among team members

Monitor team performance and ensure deadlines are met

Maintain and update CRM systems regularly

Coordinate with management regarding project progress

Conduct follow-ups and ensure smooth workflow management

Handle client communication professionally

Support team motivation and productivity

Prepare reports and maintain operational records

Requirements

Strong Knowlage of Digital Marketing

Lead and develop the team

Strong grip on handling International Client

Good Communication skills

Prior Agency experience as a team lead Manager

Female candidate preferred

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team management or CRM handling

Strong command of spoken and written English

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Good organizational and task management abilities

Ability to work in a professional office environment

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
