Team Manager - Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Team Manager to build and supervise a team of Sales Executives. The selected candidate will support recruitment, team training, lead generation, customer acquisition, and the achievement of monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and build a productive team of Sales Executives
• Assign individual and team sales targets
• Conduct regular team meetings and product briefings
• Coach team members on sales techniques and client communication
• Monitor daily activities, follow-ups, and sales performance
• Support the team in generating leads and closing business
• Maintain accurate performance and activity reports
• Ensure team members follow company policies and ethical sales practices
• Coordinate with the Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager
• Help create a positive and performance-focused team culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous team-leading experience will be an advantage
• Strong communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to recruit and develop team members
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
