Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the timeshare industry.
- Drive sales performance through effective training, mentoring, and monitoring of team activities.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to generate prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and reporting on individual/team performance.
- Ensure team members follow company guidelines, processes, and compliance standards.
- Support in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales team members.
- Work closely with Telemarketing, Marketing, and Guest Relations teams to ensure pipeline growth and quality leads.
- Handle escalations and negotiate effectively with clients to close high-value sales.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings, membership benefits, pricing, and competition.
- Achieve personal sales targets in addition to team targets when required.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in team management within the timeshare/holiday membership industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
