Team Manager- Sales

India

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the timeshare industry.
  • Drive sales performance through effective training, mentoring, and monitoring of team activities.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to generate prospects and convert leads into customers.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and reporting on individual/team performance.
  • Ensure team members follow company guidelines, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Support in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales team members.
  • Work closely with Telemarketing, Marketing, and Guest Relations teams to ensure pipeline growth and quality leads.
  • Handle escalations and negotiate effectively with clients to close high-value sales.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings, membership benefits, pricing, and competition.
  • Achieve personal sales targets in addition to team targets when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in timeshare/vacation ownership sales.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive a target-oriented sales culture.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in team management within the timeshare/holiday membership industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
