About the Role

We are seeking purpose-driven Team Members who are excited to become ambassadors of the Smoothie King brand. In this role, you will help our guests achieve their fitness and nutrition goals by guiding them toward smoothies and retail products that support a healthy, active lifestyle. The ideal candidate is energetic, guest-focused, and eager to grow with the brand. Tips Included!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare custom-blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way”
• Provide a best-in-class TOTAL Guest Experience
• Engage in friendly upselling of nutritional supplements and vitamins
• Educate guests on smoothie options, ingredients, and retail products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and nutrition
• Energetic, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to think creatively to meet guest needs
• Genuine care and understanding for people
• Ability to work day and/or night shifts (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• Guest Services experience
• Barista or Food Service experience
• Prior retail or sales experience in the nutrition or fitness industry (a plus, not required)
