Position Summary:
A Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while preparing high-quality smoothies and maintaining a clean, safe, and energetic store environment. Team Members serve as brand ambassadors by helping guests meet their health and fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a positive, friendly attitude
- Take orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions
- Prepare smoothies according to standard recipes for consistency
- Assist guests in selecting smoothies and retail products based on their goals
- Prep ingredients (fruits, vegetables, powders, liquids) for daily use
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including lobby and back-of-house
- Complete opening, closing, and daily checklist tasks
- Promote products, add-ons, and upsells when appropriate
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Interest in health, fitness, and nutrition (preferred)
- Food service experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Lift and move up to ~50 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and scooping

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
