Team Member

Position Summary:
A Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while preparing high-quality smoothies and maintaining a clean, safe, and energetic store environment. Team Members serve as brand ambassadors by helping guests meet their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Take orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions
  • Prepare smoothies according to standard recipes for consistency
  • Assist guests in selecting smoothies and retail products based on their goals
  • Prep ingredients (fruits, vegetables, powders, liquids) for daily use
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including lobby and back-of-house
  • Complete opening, closing, and daily checklist tasks
  • Promote products, add-ons, and upsells when appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Interest in health, fitness, and nutrition (preferred)
  • Food service experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Lift and move up to ~50 lbs
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and scooping

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
