Team Member

The new Smoothie King in Indianapolis [74th & Keystone] is Looking for energetic team members to join our team! Must be able to work behind the counter, and move quickly in a fast paced environment!

Smoothie King is the nation's oldest retailer of nutritional smoothies, vitamins, and nutritional supplements.

‪Responsibilities:

• Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
• Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
• Complete all necessary paperwork required
• Taking timely inventory and possess computer skills
• Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with the Guests, and fellow Team Members
• Achieve goals that are set and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
• Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
• Must have the ability to suggestively sell
• Must be punctual
• Must be available to work various shifts per week including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary

Guest Focus

• Is responsible for product and Guest Service experience
• Greets and engages with the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Ensures our Guests’ purposes are met when smoothies are ordered
• Blends smoothie according to the recipe ticket for a consistent taste
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
• Ability to multitask and follow Smoothie King Standards
• Ability to work in a team setting

We are currently hiring for our location in Indy. ALL SHIFTS AVALIABLE. Flexible Schedules!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
