Team Member

Oola Bowls is an Açaí Bowl company that serves fresh and nutritious fruit bowls, smoothies and coffee. We pride ourselves on providing great customer service and it starts with our incredibly friendly staff.

An ideal team member would be:

• $14-$18 per hour
• Up to $100 per week in tips
• Must have transportation or the ability to get ride to and from work
• Have excellent customer service skills and is a people person
• Food service experience is recommended, but not required
• Able to make our Acai Oola Bowls for customers
• Coachable and willing to work for an amazing team culture
• Be a key holder and responsible for opening or closing our store with other Team Members

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Prepare and serve food items following health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and dining environment.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience.

Summary

As a Team Member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth food service experience in our fast-paced restaurant environment. Your core skills in cash handling, food handling, and POS operation will enable you to efficiently manage transactions and assist customers. With premium skills in food preparation and time management, you will help maintain high standards of food quality and service. Your relevant skills in sanitation and basic math will support our commitment to cleanliness and accuracy, making you a vital part of our team’s success.

This is a great job for someone currently working in a restaurant environment that wants better hours and a more positive environment. We are looking for someone with management potential to work morning/day shift and able to open the store on weekends. PLEASE NO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, we need someone that is available early mornings and during school hours. This is a part-time position.
