Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonade Katy Mills is looking for full-time and part-time team members to join our team (morning and afternoon shifts). Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hardworking. We are located at 25220 Kingsland Blvd Suite 300, Katy, TX 77494. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. Our goal is to serve every part of the community we love. We use locally sourced fruits to craft our handcrafted lemonades. We help our customers by offering refreshing drinks that we take pride in as a locally owned and created business. We serve our community by providing jobs to young people and investing in their future success. We aim to be recognized as a 'local brand' by utilizing the community's resources for sourcing and building sustainable relationships to grow our business. Responsibilities: - Prepping ingredients, making purees, and juicing lemons - Preparing and serving lemonades, acai bowls, smoothies, toast, and oats - Calling out orders when they are ready - Cleaning the shop, washing dishes, and taking out the trash - Helping unload inventory and putting it away in the shop - Using proper food handling and sanitation protocols - Memorizing all job duties and completing them timely - Listening to instructions and following directions - Memorizing and following recipes exactly - Learning about our products and their nutritional benefits and sharing with customers - Greeting and acknowledging every customer that comes in - Providing warm and gracious service to every customer - Ensuring every customer leaves satisfied Advanced Tasks: - Greeting customers and engaging them in conversation - Offering assistance with orders and answering questions - Explaining menu items - Ringing up orders and processing payments - Handling customer issues politely or directing them to a manager Job Requirements: - Must be friendly to customers - Must be able to lift 40 lbs - Must be able to stand on your feet for the duration of your shift - Must be punctual for shifts - Must be honest and reliable - Must communicate effectively with employees and customers - Must work efficiently - Must be self-motivated and proactive - Must understand our core values and mission We look forward to reviewing your application.
