Team Member Compliances and Taxation

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Compliance and Taxation department. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about regulatory frameworks, tax laws, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing compliance with Income Tax Ordinance and Companies Act, 2017
• Prepare and file tax returns using IRIS and manage corporate filings via LEAP
• Support internal audits and vendor documentation reviews
• Draft formal communications to banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferred Qualifications: ACMA, ACCA, or BBA (Finance)
• Advocates with practical experience in IRIS and LEAP platforms
• Strong understanding of Income Tax Laws and Companies Act, 2017
• Excellent drafting and documentation skills
