Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of sales and commercial activities to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks related to pricing, discounting, promotions, and commercial agreements.
  • Develop and implement monitoring mechanisms to prevent malpractices or procedural deviations.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external auditors to ensure alignment with statutory and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare compliance reports and recommend corrective or preventive actions where required.
  • Train and guide the sales team on compliance protocols, policies, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Commercial Audit, or Governance within a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong understanding of audit controls, compliance frameworks, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
