Audit Supervisor - Hospital Industry Background

Join our mission to uphold integrity, transparency, and efficiency in healthcare services. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Audit Supervisor to lead internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance across hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the internal audit team in conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits across hospital departments
• Review internal processes, controls, and risk areas to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions for risk mitigation
• Develop audit programs and schedules in alignment with hospital objectives
• Review and finalize audit reports for submission to senior management
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections
• Provide guidance and training to junior audit staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/ICMA/CA part-qualified or qualified preferred)
• 3–5 years of audit experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing systems, procurement, pharmacy, and operational workflows
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
