Pay: $15.00 per hour + 1.82 tip credit + tips

Position Overview

As a Team Member, you play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values consistency, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve açaí bowls, smoothies, and other menu items
• Provide friendly, efficient, and genuine customer service
• Set up and operate the store according to Oakberry standards
• Suggest add-ons and menu options in a helpful, natural way
• Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Operate the register accurately and responsibly
• Follow food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Work as part of a supportive and respectful team
