Team Member - Service/Cashier/Kitchen

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their visit
• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently
• Prepare and assemble food items following safety and quality standards, including basic food preparation and handling
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen stations, dining areas, and food prep zones
• Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and supporting food delivery to ensure quick service flow
• Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cash register operations and balancing tills at shift end

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts
• Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style
• Experience in kitchen operations or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
