Position: Team Sales Executive
Location: Chandigarh
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
• Drive sales through effective team management and individual contribution.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Motivate the team to deliver consistent results.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI/insurance sector).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
