Infrastructure Management: Knowledge of server and client infrastructure, database administration (e.g., MySQL), and system monitoring. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. DevOps Tools: Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management, documentation, and workflow automation.
