The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the sales This role involves developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a deep understanding of the construction industry, and possess a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for storage racks and related products.

· Lead generation: Identify and generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and strategic outreach. Build and maintain a strong pipeline to support sales targets and business growth. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to convert leads into long-term clients

· Preparing Quotations: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements and pricing strategies. Ensure timely delivery of proposals while aligning with company policies and profitability goals. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

· Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, warehousing, and logistics sectors.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and decision-makers in the engineering, Handling industry.

· Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's storage solutions, ensuring the ability to effectively communicate product benefits and technical specifications to customers.

· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to grow the customer base and increase market share.

· Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and sales growth.

· Proposal Development: Lead the creation of proposals and quotations, ensuring that they meet client needs and company standards.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

· Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
