Designation Team Leader-Logistics

Education: Minimum graduate from any stream with 13-15 years

· Oversee and coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer supply requirements & timely dispatches to OEM/OES/AGR clients, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules

· Ensure adherence to quality standards with packing and customer requirements.

· Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storage, material issuance, and dispatch

· Pallet & rack management, Layout Optimization, continuous improvement & losses reduction like Transit Breakage Reduction, warehouse breakage, transport cost reduction

· Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in production, logistics, and material handling.

· Child part assembly productivity Improvement

· Ensure proper inventory management using FIFO/FEFO principles, maintain accurate documentation & reports related to stock levels & movements

· Coordinate with transport vendors to manage vehicle availability and route optimization

· Plan and manage workforce deployment to ensure operational efficiency in all shifts

· Provide training, guidance, and supervision to shop floor employees.

· Ensure correct packaging standards are followed based on OEM/client specifications

· Work on improving packaging efficiency and material utilization

· digital process improvement

· Knowledge required to maintain the safety in warehouse and equipment skills

· Overall compliance related to EHS/ISO/IATF etc for the logistics centre

Key skills

· Handling Logistics & warehouse operations role in a Manufacturing set-up

· Strong leadership and team management abilities

· Good understanding of production processes and logistics operations,

· Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is an advantage

· Analytical skills and process improvements, Communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
