TEB Arval - Product and Marketing Expert

We are looking for a Product and Marketing Expert to join our Sales and Marketing team. The role plays a central part in the successful operational execution of the TEB Arval Sales & Marketing Plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related University preferably engineering department
• Professional experience in product management and market research/studies
• Proactive and independent working style with a high degree of customer orientation combined with strong organizational and teamwork skills
• A strong awareness of quality, resilience, reliability and flexibility are part of your work attitude
• Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
• Passion for mobility trends, tools & innovations
• Strong presentation, inter-personal and report writing skills, commercial awareness and project management skills.
• Fluent English

JOB PURPOSE

• Develop a customer value proposition based on identified customer segments and distribution channels that links our products, services, proposals, and customer experience to create a competitive advantage.
• Understand market competitiveness, evolving trends, and new technologies, and find creative ways to make our products market leaders.
• Influence Sales in the promotion and development of products, services, and proposals, which also enhance the customer experience
• Be an active member of ARVAL communities, build close relationships with peers in the Arval Group

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ownership of complete product strategy: definition, implementation, go-to-market, life cycle
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing product performance and taking proactive steps to address gaps or take advantage of opportunities and continuously improve products
• Prepare monthly product report
• Establish objectives and monitor business and customer results for each product (using a dashboard approach)
• Launch product campaings
• Prepare monthly market data reports
• Conduct product based market research and competition analysis
• Comply with internal procedures, regulations and policies of Arval group in terms of new activities, TAC/NAC.
• Communicate and train teams on products
• Create and keep up to date TEB ARVAL product & services catalogue
