Tech Assistant Manager

As a Technical Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the technical operations of live events. Working closely with the Technical Manager, you will assist in coordinating equipment, managing on-site technical teams, and ensuring that all technical aspects are executed to the highest standards.

What You ll Do

Technical Coordination: Assist in planning and executing technical setups for live events, performances, or shows.

Team Leadership: Supervise and support technical staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.

Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, inventory, and transportation of technical equipment.

On-Site Support: Provide technical assistance during rehearsals and live events, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure technical requirements are met.

About You

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in technical production for live events, with a strong understanding of AV, lighting, and rigging systems.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

What You Need to Apply

Qualifications: Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in event production.

Experience: At least 4 years of experience in technical production for live events.

Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining AV, lighting, and rigging equipment.

Location: Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Availability: Flexible to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
