About the Team

As a member of the Professional Services team within IDVerse, you will join a collaborative and supportive group that values open communication and continuous learning. We encourage every team member to share ideas and grow together, respecting and celebrating our differences.

About the Role

We are seeking an Implementations Consultant who will be the main contact for our customers and partners during professional services projects. In this role, you will help manage customer projects from start to finish, working with colleagues across different teams. We welcome candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences who are eager to contribute and learn.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to deliver successful project implementations and upgrades by planning, prioritizing, and carrying out tasks.
• Coordinate with teams such as Product, Engineering, and DevOps to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client projects.
• Provide clear updates on project progress and timelines to all stakeholders.
• Share client feedback with the Product team to help improve our products.
• Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders about project updates and achievements.
• Help improve our project delivery processes by offering feedback and identifying ways to be more efficient.
• Support quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables meet our standards.
• Assist the Delivery team during pre-sales conversations, day-to-day operations, and after project completion as needed.

Requirements

• Experience supporting customer-facing projects in software, technology, or similar fields. We value transferable skills from any industry.
• Strong communication skills for working with people at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable learning about technical concepts and explaining them in simple terms.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to raise issues and help find solutions.
• Familiarity with agile project methods is helpful, but not required.
• Motivated and adaptable, with experience working in dynamic environments.

Additional Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

• Experience with biometrics or identity verification technologies.
• Fintech industry experience.
• JIRA or Confluence administration.
• Analytical skills for documenting technical requirements.
