Do you have an interest in technology risk management and want to deepen your expertise in the digital risk landscape? Are you looking to turn your academic knowledge into hands on experience?
Join us in Qatar and play an active role in strengthening the resilience, compliance, and regulatory readiness of our technology environment.

As part of our Technology Risk Management team, you will support the lifecycle of our controls portfolio and help manage non-financial risk topics across the organization. Working closely with risk and technology colleagues, you will:

• support the maintenance and enhancement of our technology controls inventory
• monitor the effectiveness of controls and participate in periodic assessments
• assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting non-financial risk issues, including operational and technology risks
• help drive the lifecycle management of risk issues from identification to closure
• contribute to developing dashboards, reports, and documentation for management and audit purposes
• collaborate with global teams to support internal and external audits
• bring forward ideas to improve our risk processes and stay aligned with industry best practices and regulatory expectations

You will join our Technology Risk Management function in Doha, Qatar, supporting our global application delivery organization. Working with cross regional risk and technology teams will expand your understanding of how (technology) risk is managed within a complex financial environment.Through daily tasks, stakeholder interactions, and review discussions, you will develop a strong understanding of risk frameworks, control processes, and governance expectations. You’ll also be supported by a buddy to help guide your development and learning journey.
