This role seeks a highly skilled Technology Expert to provide deep technical leadership across all facets of network operations. This fully technical position will involve leading major incident response and recovery, performing root cause analysis, and proposing strategic network changes to enhance resilience, capacity, and performance. The expert will also provide L3/L4 technical guidance and mentoring to SMEs, ensuring high-quality technical designs and driving operational excellence through automation and adherence to ITIL/SRE principles for stable, efficient, and resilient network operations.
- Lead Incident Response and Root Cause Analysis. Drive major incident/outage response, recovery, post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Manage Network Change and Optimization. Propose, govern, and implement safe network changes to enhance resilience, capacity, and performance, including design, risk assessment, and SRE best practices.
- Provide Technical Leadership and Design Assurance. Hold end-to-end technical responsibility for the network, provide strategic technical direction, and ensure high-quality, coordinated solution designs aligned with requirements.
- Offer Expert Technical Support and Guidance. Deliver L3/L4 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues across various network layers, and provide deep technical guidance and mentoring to SMEs.
- Enhance Observability, Automation, and Tooling. Improve telemetry, develop automation for diagnostics and remediation, and integrate monitoring/alerting platforms to streamline operations.
- Ensure Governance, Compliance, and Quality. Enforce ITIL processes, ensure security and audit readiness, proactively manage technical risks, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage Stakeholder Communication and Escalations. Serve as the primary escalation interface for the program to the client, provide technology leadership, and manage critical issue escalations.
- Drive Strategic Business and Pre-Sales Engagement. Engage early in business opportunities, contribute to pre-sales processes, and provide input for proposal construction.

- Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, Nokia SRC, 5G/RAN vendor certs, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), ITIL, AWS/Azure/GCP.
Experience with resilience engineering (chaos experiments), capacity modeling, and performance baseline
Exposure to security hardening, AAA, PKI, and compliance frameworks.
