Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of BPM applications, focusing on Customer Onboarding and Retail Loan Origination Systems (RLOS).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership for projects built on Newgen platforms (iBPS, OmniDocs, OmniFlow, OmniScan).
- Manage BPM configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Define and maintain BPM architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, QA, and Vendors) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
- Conduct performance tuning, system optimization, and impact analysis for key applications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and ensure adherence to coding and documentation standards.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and support post-implementation enhancements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Computer Science Information Technology, or Engineering from a reputed university.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BPM application development, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Proven hands-on experience with Newgen BPM Suite, including iBPS, OmniDocs, and related mobility modules.
- Strong exposure to banking workflows such as loan origination, customer onboarding, and document management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, and API/Web Services integration.
- Good understanding of BPM architecture, workflow modeling, and system integrations.
- Experience in testing strategies, change management, and performance optimization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
