Tech Lead(Java/J2ee, SpringBoot, Microservice, React JS/ React Native)

10 years in IT with at least 5+ years in corporate/wholesale banking digital transformation.

Hands-on expertise in ReactJS, React Native, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Cloud (Azure preferred).

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps practices.

Experience with banking platforms (corporate internet banking, mobile banking, payments, trade finance, cash management).

Proven track record in end-to-end implementation (min 3 full cycles).

Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills.

Knowledge of banking regulations & compliance (Basel III, AML/KYC, CBUAE guidelines) is an advantage.
