Tech Recruiter - AI Aware

We're looking for a confident, self-driven Technical Recruiter to help support a growing Quantum Computing Company and their AI teams. You'll own end-to-end hiring for niche technical roles, partner closely with technical stakeholders, and deliver a great candidate experience in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. We care most about the right attitude — proactive, polished, easy to work with, and credible on AI fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across Quantum Computing, AI/ML, GenAI, software engineering, and research roles
  • Partner with VPs, hiring managers, tech leads, and founders to understand role requirements and team goals
  • Source across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, research communities, referrals, and niche platforms
  • Screen and assess candidates for capability and cultural/personality fit through structured interviews
  • Coordinate interview loops, feedback, and hiring decisions
  • Drive offer management and salary negotiations aligned with market benchmarks
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future-ready roles
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS hygiene, and share hiring insights with stakeholders

Ideal Profile

  • 2–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced IT, tech, startup, or product environment
  • Confident, self-driven go-getter — takes initiative and gets things done without hand-holding
  • Professional and polished, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative and aligned — works well with the team and moves in step with the company's direction
  • Credible on AI fundamentals (deep technical expertise not required)
  • Candidates who have done BE/ B.Tech as graduation with MBA as masters is preferred
  • Experience hiring for AI/ML, GenAI, data science, or software engineering roles preferred
  • Hands-on sourcing across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and modern platforms
  • Comfortable with ATS tools, data, and hiring metrics; able to manage multiple roles under tight timelines

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience recruiting for Quantum Computing, deep tech, or research roles
  • Exposure to global hiring and diversity-focused sourcing
  • Startup or scale-up experience
