Product Qualification / New Product Development

Lead & support the customer product qualification processes for sample A to D /E.

Manage and monitor projects to ensure on-time product development and qualification and start of commercial supplies. Communicate accurate impact of delays and escalate where required to keep projects on track.

Support Sales for the successful on-boarding of the customers & SOP.

Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with R&D, Plant operations and quality teams on both sides to ensure the product development and qualification are aligned with the customer expectations.
Customer Centricity

Develop a strong understanding of the Customer's manufacturing lines & process for effective technical support.

Integrate of customer product requirements into the plant processes and quality inspection methods.

Perform advanced troubleshooting and system adjustments to resolve complex technical issues, adopt a joint project model wherever applicable.

Support with tuning and standardization of processes to enhance quality and efficiency in production processes.

Focus on reducing incidents/complaints in battery foil, effective complaint management – through RCA and CAPA.

Drive Customer Satisfaction, secure half yearly feedback scores, communicate to the business, monitor & ensure implementation of corrective actions.
Quality Management

Ensure plant quality management systems meet or exceed industry standards and meet customer expectations.

Ensure the plant's processes and systems are compliant with IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 / ISO 14001 standards and help prepare for successful certification audits.

Lead the customer audits and oversee implementation of corrective action plans for early closure to ensure compliance with specific customer requirements and industry standards.
Documentation

Lead the preparation & submission of APQP & PPAP documentation and PSW approvals with the customers.

Filling-up Supplier qualification questionnaires, self-assessment audits.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive system & product level quality documentation.
Training & Support

Provide training and support plant personnel on
